CrossFit is for anyone and we make it easy to get started.  For our schedule, click here.

Step 1:  The only way to get ready for CrossFit is to DO CrossFit.  Call 336-904-3217 or contact us via email to schedule a 2 FREE workouts.  We always offer 2 free classes so that you can try a workout and see if CrossFit is right for you.  We are conveniently located at 1031 Building 309, Suite 103.  Click here for a map of our location.

Step 2: Once you decide to sign up, the next step is to attend our CrossFit Foundations classes. These small, by appointment classes are a great opportunity to get familiar with CrossFit, learn all the basics and get a great workout in a very personal setting. The classes are limited to no more than 4 people to ensure our coaches are giving you personal attention. During the these classes, you will:

  • Get introduced to the CrossFit Kernersville community
  • Meet one-on-one with our coaches to identify your health and fitness goals
  • Learn the basic core-to-extremity movements that CrossFit uses to develop elite fitness
  • Learn basic skills that increase core control, strength, power and speed
  • Complete CrossFit workouts under the direct supervision of a coach.

Coaching is our top priority.  The Foundation classes are about getting to know you and how you move so that we can better coach you as an athlete (we all have an inner athlete).  It is also for you to learn, not just the movements, but the CrossFit programming, methodology, and our expectations for our athletes.

All Foundations classes are capped at 4 people and we offer them on a regular basis.  If you would rather complete the Foundations classes one-on-one, then just let us know and we can make arrangements.

Step 3:  Start coming to group workouts!  The essence of CrossFit Kernersville is our group classes.  Every class is led by a trainer who is excited to teach you movements, fine-tune your technique and custom tailor the workout to your specific need.  The trainer leads the warm-up and helps you work on a specific movement of the day.  Next is the WOD (workout of the day), is scaled for each person according to their fitness level.  During this high intensity workout, our coaches ensure your movements are safe and efficient, and motivates you towards the finish.
