Boot Camp Class

CrossFit Kernersville boot camp classes consist of high-intensity workouts that are perfect for all fitness levels. The classes are based on the same principles as CrossFit, but they do not incorporate barbells or technical movements. It’s designed to keep exercise fun, exciting and most importantly to deliver results!

During each session, our certified instructors will lead you through a planned workout that incorporates cardio, body weight movements and some light weight. In addition to teaching proper technique, you also receive nutritional guidance to help accelerate your results.
