CrossFit Kernersville – CrossFit

Kettlebells4kids fundraising WOD is tomorrow morning at 9:00am. Come out to support these kids that are living without homes. All of our donations will go towards helping the homeless children living in NC.
Then afterwards, we have our paint/clean up party for whoever can stay to lend a hand. We would like to have as many people as we can to help, even if it’s just painting one box. We will order pizza & of course keep you hydrated :) Come on out to WOD or for both…it will be a fun day!!

Metcon (No Measure)

Three sets of:

Deadlift x 6-8 reps

Rest 60 seconds

Bottom’s Up Kettlebell Walk x 25 yards each arm

Rest 60 seconds

Double-Unders x 60 seconds

Rest 60 seconds

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

As many rounds as possible in 15-minutes:

300 Meter Run

3 rounds of “Cindy”
