Hang Snatch + Snatch + OHS (Every 90 sec. for 15 minutes (10 sets))

***Each set should be 1 Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch + 2 OHS. Build to today’s heaviest set.

Snatch Pull (5 sets of 2 reps)

***Snatch High Pull x 2 reps at 100-110% of 1RM Snatch – pull the bar as high as possible without turning it over.

Metcon (Time)

Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes:

10 Burpee Box Jump-Overs (24″/20″)

15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

20 Pull-Ups

25 Wall Ball Shots (20/14)

30 Double-Unders

Rest 4 minutes, and then repeat.
