Alternating Pistols x 8-12 reps

Strict chin ups x 6-10 or MU x 4-6 reps

Single leg straight leg deadlift x 6-8 (each leg)

Double-Unders (2 min max Double Unders/Singles )

Metcon (2 Rounds for reps)

Complete as many reps as possible in 6 minutes:

10 Ring rows (body level- feet on box)

15 Deadlifts (225/155 lbs)

20 Box Jump-Overs (24/20)

Rest 2 minutes, repeat.
